This year’s OS updates (v26) will be released by Apple later today, so here’s an update on my apps as well!

ScreenFloat for Mac v2.3.3 🔗

ScreenFloat brings its screen capture all-rounder companion powers to macOS Tahoe. From a new Shots Browser design for Liquid Glass to useful Control Widgets that give you quick access to ScreenFloat’s capture functionality, the app is ready for the new OS.

DeskMat v1.2 🔗

DeskMat covers your messy Desktop instantly. On macOS Tahoe, now also from the comfort of your Control Center.
In addition, there’s a new setting to keep Desktop Widgets visible and only hide file icons (available on macOS 14 and newer).

Transloader v3.1.7 🔗

Transloader lets you start and manage downloads on your Macs, remotely from your iPhone, iPad, and other Macs, and continues to do so on iOS, iPadOS and macOS 26.

Tameno v1.2.1 🔗

Tameno taps you repeatedly in intervals for stretching, workouts, exercises, meditation, yoga, the 20-20-20 rule, and so much more! And now does it better on mac- , watch-, i-, iPad-, and tvOS.

Yoink for Mac v3.6.100 is now available, containing a few improvements and bug fixes.

What is Yoink?

Yoink appears at the edge of your screen when you begin to drag something, allowing you to place it there so you can more easily and comfortably navigate to the destination of your files.

Not only can you drag files to it, but also app-content like images from websites, text snippets, urls, and more.

What’s New in Yoink v3.6.100

  • Improved compatibility with Zen Browser, where dragged images would take a little while before they appeared in Yoink
  • Double-click Yoink in Finder when it’s already running to open its Settings
  • Improved the way files are laid out in Finder windows when they’re set to Icon view
  • Fixes an issue with the clipboard history menu, and a bug on macOS Tahoe 26 where Yoink’s menu bar icon wouldn’t accept drags anymore

What’s New in Yoink v3.6.91?

  • It improves the app’s internal handling of shared and dragged files
  • Reduces the amount of memory the favicon fetcher subprocess (for urls placed in Yoink) uses
  • Fixes a menu item’s case from lower-case to Capitalized Case
  • Fixes a bug where Yoink could wait forever for a file preview icon to be created, even if it failed
  • Fixes a bug where sometimes Yoink would “steal” focus from other apps

Yoink for Mac, the drag-and-drop improving utility, is now available in version 3.6.8.

What’s New?

There’s now a preference for having Yoink dynamically provide JPEG and/or PNG data for TIFF, HEIF and/or WebP image files you drag out of it.

I’ve also fixed a couple of bug fixes and made some quality-of-life improvements, like having a dedicated “Pinned Copies” sub-menu in Yoink’s contextual menu’s Clipboard History.
